Our lab and consulting services are highly competitive in terms of turnaround time and cost when compared to other analytical laboratories.


These service options are flexible and can be amended based on customer goals. You do not have to be a Silver Bullet Water Treatment customer to benefit from Silver Bullet Analytic Services. However, a la carte testing, comprehensive testing packages, and consulting are all offered at a reduced rate to our water management customers.


Custom Testing Packages

Business processes are dynamic and as such a “one size fits all” approach is not always best. Beneficial inoculants, hormone additions, and organic additives are examples where a customized monitoring approach may be appropriate.

Using the most advanced Inductively Coupled Plasma (ICP) technology, SBWT can quickly determine which metals (helpful and harmful) exist in your samples and at what quantity.


Pathogen Identification (qPCR, etc.)

This testing process identifies the presence/absence of plant pathogens using PCR-based gene-targeted amplification or immunological techniques. Common examples include fusarium, Hops Latent Viroid, pythium, verticillium, podosphaera (powdery mildew), etc. This test also may be used to identify beneficial microbes.



Next Generation Sequencing (NGS) technologies are used to identify and list any pathogenic, benign, or beneficial organisms present within either the plant tissue, soil or the irrigation water.


Customized Media Cultures

SBWT uses specialty microbial media cultures to enumerate a variety of microorganisms. Common examples include PDA (total yeast and mold) and chromogenic agar for coliforms and E. coli. Know your microbial levels to best manage your business. 


Nutrient Analysis (Micro+Macro)

Tests included in this package: Digest sample material and analyze for N, P, K, Ca, Mg, Fe, Mn, S, Si, Mo, Na, Cu, Zn, and Ni levels.

Can be used for nutrient water or plant tissue samples to determine essential nutrient concentrations. It complements a proven soil testing plan and helps identify ways to use nutrients more efficiently.


Plant Gender Determination (PCR)

Genetic ID of male (cannabis) plants once second set of leaflets are present.
